Web Site Analytics

Depending on what type of site you are after we can offer analytics that track hits so you can see how popular your site is. On a static site (non CMS) we use google analytics, on a CMS (Joomla) the analytics are built in so you can access them your self at anytime. Google analytics create reports that can be sent as man times as you like from once a day to only once a month. All you need to do is let us know and we can set an automated email so you get your reports on time.

CMS (Content Management Systems)

We offer clients a choice of a static web site or a CMS which is a web site that you (the client) can update your self! Of course we are still here to help you if you need it – but if you want to you there is the opportunity to have control over when you can publish content.

Its easy to learn and we are more than happy to teach you – its much like word (if you have not used one before). We build the site and then hand it over – it’s a great opportunity to keep your web site up to date. We currently use and recommend Joomla for CMS but we also have extensive experience with MySource Matrix.

Writing Content for the web

Creating content for the web is not the same as writing an article or a book, studies have shown that potential clients only spend up to 3 seconds scanning your web page for information so having large amounts of text in not the best way to grab their attention. We can help you write your content so that its suitable for the web – FREE TIP, use I and we instead of your company name when creating a welcome message on your front page. For example - "We would like to...." instead of "The company would like to...."

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

It important to establish a web presents in today’s market – if people cant find you online they can become frustrated and seek an alternative business that’s on page one or two of google. Its not only important to be found but to also know what key words your clients use to find you.

Email Marketing

If you have a customer database that includes email address we can create html emails to send to your clients. Wether its newsletters or showing your latest product range, we can create an email worthy of your clients attention – after all that what we are after. We currently use Mail Chimp but are happy to work with any email system. Mail Chimp can give you data after you have sent your emails to let you know how many people have opened, clicked on, forwarded etc your email – which is valuable information for marketing.

Articles

Articles about you and your company can help boost your search engine rankings – we are happy to write articles for you – as long as you tell us about yourself! Articles will be about a particular subject and not about your company as such – the way they work is that the article links to your site and that improves your stats. The article is submitted to a site and then approved and published on their site for viewers to read.

Blogs

If you have the type of business that would like to make announcements or chat about whats happening everyday or even once a week then a blog would be great for you. Not only does it improve your rankings but it lets you connect to your clients in real time, blogs publish instantly so your fans can ready your post asap.
